Mark and John Hatfield founded Hatfield Builders in 1992 after working a combined 20 years in the construction industry.  Hatfield Builders has grown consistently since its founding and yearly volume has steadily increased from roughly $700,000 in 1993 to an estimated $10 million dollars in 2007.  During that same period of time our firm has grown from a staff of the two owners to 19 current full-time employees.
